Arinsal is a mountain resort town near La Massana, Andorra. It hosts a year round mountain resort located in northern Andorra. It is connected to the Pal-Arinsal ski resort and is at the entrance to the Coma Pedrosa Natural Park. It is ideal for beginner to intermediate skiers and a paradise for climbing and hiking.
The highest mountain Pic de Coma Pedrosa in Andorra at 2942 metres (9,665 ft) is located in this area.
There is a bus service between Arinsal and Andorra La Vella, passing through La Massana. It is not very regular so it is worth checking the timetable before planning any trips.
The closest airport is in the capital Andorra La Vella, which is reachable by public transport, and has duty free shopping and department stores.
